These forms here allow us to get an idea of what you would like so that we can give you an accurate price quote for your fursuit/mascot.  Simply send us an email with what type of commission you would like as the title.  Be sure to have the correct form somewhere in the body of the message as well.  If there is a question that doesn't apply to what you want (ex. not wanting feet thus making the last few questions not applicable), simply put "n/a" as the answer.
